The seasons have changed and it's time to break out the fall cookie cutters! In this two hour beginners class you will learn the basics of sugar cookie decorating with royal icing. You will be guided through decorating by Kat Yarbrough, owner and operator of Side Hustle Custom Bakery.No experience is necessary and all supplies will be provided!&nbsp;During this 2 hour class you will decorate 6 different autumnal shaped cookies (not pictured). My Story

I'm Katelyn Yarbrough and I'm a proud cottage baker serving customers in the East Tennessee area. I never imagined that I would ever be expressing my creativity and spreading joy as a full time job. I wasn't always a baker but my roots go deep into hospitality for over 18 years! Most recently, my husband and I were Innkeepers at a beautiful historic inn located in Tennessee's oldest town. After almost 8 years of caring for curious travelers the pandemic eventually caught up to us and halted our hospitality business. Out of necessity, I started baking and decorating cookies and specialty cakes for holidays. What began as a "side hustle" that paid the bills for a while, quickly became a full time job. In September of 2023 I dove in head first and became a full time baker and never looked back! I was amazed at Treasure's patience, expertise and grace as she navigated this juggling act - the sourdough process is a 48 hour journey and Treasure was able to walk us through every step in just over 3 hours.
