Meet Omi Blu, the creator of Omi Blu Foods is a wholistic health practitioner, herbalist, plant-based chef and food and nutrition educator with over of 20 years of experience. She decided to go back to school and expand her scope in the food and nutrition industry. She is currently a student at the University of Memphis studying health science with an concentration dietetic and minor in business finance. Her journey has included studying abroad in Florence, Italy where shed gained valuable insights into global cuisine and nutrition. For 25 years, she was a vendor with WHole Foods Market, where she sold her signature superfood popcorn, “Green Goddess,” a fan favorite celebrated for its nutrient-rich ingredients. She has also raised six children on a plan-based diet, integrating mindful consumption into every aspect of her life. With a passion for creating nutrient-dense meals that nourish the body and inspire mindful eating, she combines her experience and education to help others embrace a healthier, flavorful lifestyle.
