Welcime to Rustic Rise! Some of you know me, some don’t… Thought it’d be friendly to introduce myself. I’m Cassy Barfield, owner of Rustic Rise Sourdough Microbakery.&nbsp;&nbsp;Together with my beau Corey,&nbsp;&nbsp;I am a&nbsp;&nbsp;cottage food operator (meaning my bakery is in my home kitchen), here in Chattanooga, TN.
