Hey there—I’m Phoxay (pronounced poe-sigh), the baker behind Canyon Cottage Bakery, a sourdough microbakery based out of my home in Spanish Fork, UT. I specialize in naturally leavened, small-batch sourdough made with wild yeast, long fermentation, and simple ingredients. No shortcuts. Just real bread, crafted with care. We bake and deliver fresh sourdough to Spanish Fork, Springville, and Mapleton, Utah. Canyon Cottage Bakery operates under the Utah Homemade Food Act (HB181).We are Food Handlers Permit certified. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by state or local authorities and are not intended for resale.
