We craft artisanal pastries from scratch using the finest ingredients available. We stubbornly refuse to cut corners with lesser quality ingredients. This means we aren't the cheapest bakery in town, and we aren't trying to be. We work hard to be the best bakery in town and provide tremendous value for customers who seek a better product.
