This Pistachio granola is our families go to hiking snack. We started making this organic and healthy on the go companion several years ago and we notice when its not around! Made with all organic ingredients, this not overly sweet granola is both versatile and satisfying. Harvested on our 2 acre farm in Gig Harbor, Washington, we pick our figs at their prime stage of ripeness, showcasing their natural sweetness, we transition the harvest into a magical jam that becomes the main ingredient of this cookie. The Fig Harbor Bars are the cookie everyone comes back for and we love making them.They have a tender melt in your mouth outside, with a sensual fig filling on the inside.If you love figs, you just found your forever cookie. Get them while they last, these are seasonal. Once the last jams have been spread, you'll have to wait till next harvest for that figtastic taste!
