Sara Galvez, pronounced Kay-Lee, is a local home food artisan based in Sammamish, WA. Known for her love of baking, Sara has a background in the coffee industry and bakery at Whole Foods Market. She started her own Cottage Bakery as a side hustle alongside her full-time job in Talent Acquisition and People Operations. Baking has been a part of her life since childhood, following recipes from her mom. Additionally, Sara has a passion for Scottish Snare drumming and has been a part of bagpipe bands since a young age, attending many Ceilidh celebrations.
