Hi, my name is Lilian. I'm a nurse, mother of two amazing kids and a wife. I grew up with the smell of freshly baked bread from my mom's kitchen and I want my family to have the same memories. My focus is to make a healthier bread for my family because most breads nowadays have processed oils, too much sugar, and preservatives. So I taught myself, with much trial and error, to make a delicious and nutritious, naturally fermented bread that will fuel your body with only good and natural ingredients.

Breads are made to order. Orders made until Wednesday are handmade on Thursdays, and baked on Friday. Pickups and deliveries are done on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning depending on what time the bread is ready. We'll message you when your order is ready to be picked up or on the way to be delivered.
