Hey there! Here’s my TOS! These are the Terms and Conditions for Keen’s Sweet Treats. Feel free to read these and print them out if you need to reference them regarding your order. This doc was last updated on January 1st, 2025. Payment Due You pay; I’ll bake! Payment is required upfront so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too! No show = No cookies Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed-upon pick-up date forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 1 day prior to your pickup day. Refunds I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news– you get the cookies! Delivery Clause All orders are for pick-up. I can be pretty accommodating regarding pick-up times- so ask! If delivery is necessary, there will be a delivery charge added on. Pick-up Dates and Times Pick-up times are set when I confirm your order. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! Change Cutoff Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 6 days prior to your order due date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply. Inspiration I love inspo photos! They are just that– inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas– I’ll try to keep it close. In a hurry? While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will incur a fast-track fee. The fee will depend on your order complexity and size. Price Adjustments All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs and designs. I’m always trying to provide the best-tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices– darn it). Product Photography Say Cheese!! We post photos of client orders to social media profiles. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me. Pictures are Worth a Thousand Words But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!) Eenie Meenie Order Minimums (That didn’t rhyme– I’m a baker, not a poet). I require a minimum of 2 dozen for most products! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announcement on my Facebook page! It’s All Yours Now. Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns (your car, not the cookies). No Ghosts (I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 24 hours– otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it– just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Please give me about 24 hours to reply– I’m usually covered in dough! Achoo! Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out– I may have a perfect referral for ya! Cottage Food Laws This order has been made in a home kitchen. Our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin* In Sickness and in Health While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night), there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities– albeit hopefully far-reaching. Please be cognizant of sprinkles and small children, of allergies and those allergic, and of food safety practices (no leaving things out on the counter). Weather Clause If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat-sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain, snow, sleet, and hail), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible! Refunds Unhappy-reach out! I’m here to make each bite the sweetest, and if I missed that mark, I’d like the opportunity to make it right for ya. Bulk Order? Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget Pay means Yay!
